I like the unearthly aspects to the piece, the glow of the figure; I think the bottom left leg and foot area need work, the texture/colour are very flat. The eyes are good but I get the feeling there's a little too much dark/shade going on, I think it could stand to be softened up (her left eye/right side of picture).
